Shipping & Payment Info Payment:

Elames Trading & Contracting W.L.L accepts payments by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and BenefitPay (Fawri+). Receipt of payment must be confirmed prior to processing & releasing orders.

Delivery & Shipping:

  • For local delivery within the Kingdom of Bahrain, Elames provides the following delivery options:

 

International shipping:

  • International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.

  • Orders are generally received within maximum of 10-12 business days (Depending on the selected delivery package)

  • Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of delivery experience through postal service.

Returns/Exchanges:

  • Items purchased from ELAMES may be returned for store credit ONLY as mentioned in the Customers Care Section.  All return requests must submitted within 15 days of purchase.   Please be advised that the item(s) must have their original condition.

  • Returns and exchanges on certain products (ie. Briefs) must also be unopened and in its original packaging.

  • All exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value.  If requested items are of greater value than the original product(s) being exchanged, you will entitled to pay the difference. If a product in your order is out of stock, you will automatically be refunded for the purchase price of that item (taxes included).

  • For defective products, we will issue a return prepaid label to enable you return the product(s) and also waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item.

  • Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange/defect to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.

  • Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to your email address associated with the order.

  • ELAMES will only accept returns for products that are purchased directly through our website. We recommend initiating a return with the retailer you purchased them from.

  • All items purchased through ELAMES website must be returned or exchanged directly through ELAMES.  

 

Discount Codes:

  • All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.

  • Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.

 

Currency exchange/fluctuation rates:

  • International exchange rates are implemented.

  • Exchange rates fluctuate depending on the daily foreign exchange market

 

Sale Offers:

  • Discount codes are not applicable during SALE.

  • ELAMES accepts returns or exchanges on sale items and will receive store credits for the purchased amount.

  • Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale.  Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of the sale.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Products purchased from ELAMES may be returned for an exchange or store credit within [15] days from order delivery date. Please be advised that the item(s) must be in their original condition. Contact us on support@elames.net

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you believe you received a product that is defective, please do let us know. Please email us on support@elames.net and attach a photo of the defective product. Once we receive your email, expect to hear from us within 24 hours.

MIS-PACKED ORDER: Please do let us know, and we shall respond to you within 24 hours.
